Roy Benson TH202 Tenor Horn

The Roy Benson TH202 is a tenor horn that is similar to the TH201 horn but less compact and better suited to more stationary playing. The 26cm diameter yellow brass bell projects as loudly with little extra effort from your playing the brass adding a characterful bright tone. The gold brass leadpipe mellows out this brightness somewhat with added warmth to the timbre. The result is a great sound that takes full advantage of the materials with which the horn is made.

The TH202 has been engineered with the best materials the nickel silver slides are resistant to corrosion which are ideal for parts of the instrument that contact the fingers most. The three rotary valves ensure that quick passages are easily playable with dexterity and efficiency.
