The Vic Firth Corpsmaster Keyboard Medium-Soft Marimba Mallet Black Yarn is a specially-designed mallet for use with marimbas.
The tip of the mallet is comprised of a synthetic core wrapped in medium-soft yarn. This provides a warm yet articulate sound for optimal projection in the lower range. The mallets are weather and wear resistant providing optimal durability.
The flexible design makes it ideal for a range of playing styles. The robust yet flexible construction features birch shafts which minimise playing fatigue as well as providing added durability.
