The ES120 has a Kawai harmonic imaging piano engine to reproduce the sound of the Shigeru SK-EX concert grand pianos along with other instrument sounds such as electric piano string and bass sounds. The connectivity has also been improved with the addition of Bluetooth audio allowing you to play music from your phone through your ES120s speakers.
