The KEF R7 Meta Floorstanding Speakers are the middle of three floor-standing units in KEFs R series. They like the rest of the R range feature KEFs twelfth-generation Uni-Q driver array designed to widen the sweet spot in your listening setup. This unit alongside dual bass drivers is optimised with What HiFis 2020 Innovation of the Year award winner KEFs Metamaterial Absorption Technology; designed to absorb 99% of unwanted resonance.
Everything about the R7 speakers works towards achieving a natural and highly accurate sound quality. A flexible rear port combats air turbulence and sound colouration as well as giving bass and midrange output a boost. The cabinet is braced with a Constrained Layer Damping system to ensure that the only sound added by the speakers stylish exteriors is the sound of silence.
