The TritonAudio D2O Stereo Discrete Tube / Fet Microphone is a high-performance dual-channel microphone preamp and DI. Developed from the highly-regarded V-series preamps (used by some of the best in the business at Abbey Road Studios) the TritonAudio D2O Stereo delivers the signature vintage sound with a smooth and rich tone that adds depth to your microphone sounds.

Built around a discrete Lundahl 1571 input transformer the D2O Stereo performs best in class for signal to noise ratio ensuring that no matter how hard you drive the input gain your signal will be crystal clear. Following the input transformer are two single-ended gain stages where the second gain stage can be switched to either a high-gain FET or Tube-FET hybrid circuit design. Switching the circuit design provides you with a wide tonal palette to introduce subtle tube shaping and complex harmonics or keep your signal clean and discrete for low output microphones such as vintage ribbon mics.

Housed in an extremely robust 19-inch rack the TritonAudio D2O Stereo is perfectly suited to life on the road or in the studio with simple connectivity to ensure you can be ready for any situation. A stepped attenuator ensures a smooth and seamless transition between your settings and a phase reverse switch helps to eliminate any phase differences between your left and right channels of the stereo image.
