At the front of the signal chain is the Jensen transformer-equipped mic preamp lifted directly from the 4000 E. Alongside it is the B Series De-Esser perfect for controlling sibilance without dulling clarity.
The full E Series VCA dynamics section gives you compression expansion and gating with flexible control. Rounding out the unit is the classic 4-band EQ switchable between the Brown Knob 02 and Black Knob 242 versions.
