The Kenton MIDI USB Host for "Class Compliant" Devices allows you to use this device as a host rather than having to use a computer. It is the ideal device for integrating a classic 5-pin DIN MIDI setup without a computer. Provided on the Kenton MIDI USB Host are MIDI in and out ports for connecting up USB MIDI keyboards and controllers which only features a USB B type socket. This allows you to connect up your various class compliant USB MIDI devices for use in a live performance all computer free. MIDI data that is received from the MIDI in socket will be sent to the USB device and MIDI data received from the USB device will be sent to the MIDI out socket allowing you to integrate your USB keyboards with your MIDI gear.
