The Pro-Ject T1 Turntable has been designed to provide a low-distortion experience while you enjoy your favourite records. The smart CNC-machined plastic-free wooden plinth features no internal hollow spaces. Along with a modern belt drive setup this means that chances for unwanted vibrations to enter and resonate through the delicate vinyl signal are limited whilst still supporting 33 and 45 RPM speed changing. The belt drive motor turns a robust sub-platter which supports the heavy zero-resonance glass platter and spins on a 0.001mm main bearing with a stainless steel axle to further ensure rigidity.The T1s feet also separate the plinth from the surface below further reducing the effects of external vibrations impacting tracking and data extraction. This enables a much more immersive sound. Using a brand new 8.6" aluminium one-piece tonearm with low-friction bearings majorly contributes to optimal performance. This comes pre-equipped with the Ortofon OM5E cartridge which boasts an elliptical diamond stylus. This feature improves tracking abilities and ensures superior sound quality during the playback of your records.
