Vibraslap by Gear4music - an instrument frequently used in Latin American music and more notable for its use in jazz or pop-based film scores. This is a modern adaptation of the traditional Jawbone of which was an animal skull you would strike and the sound would come from the teeth rattling in the loose sockets.
