The Stagg FL111 Flute is a closed-hole flute that offers a great introduction to the flute with a high-quality instrument. The nickel-silver construction is typical of many flutes the tonal qualities in nickel-silver give the instrument its timbre. The silver plating allows you to reap the benefits of silver in the construction such as resistance to corrosion and a less slippery surface without needing the expense of a pure silver flute.
The offset G and split E mechanism in this flute offer improvement to the playing experience the offset G makes the instrument slightly more ergonomic and the split E allows for easier production of high Es. As with many of Staggs instruments this has been tested in a workshop to assure the best quality. This flute also comes included with a cleaning swab cloth and gloves for maintenance and an ABS case is included for safe transport.
