Built with an Artist Grade figured maple top and mahogany back this guitar delivers a lively expressive voice with enhanced warmth and openness. The semi-hollow body design introduces a slightly softer low end and a sweeter top response giving the guitar an airy character that works beautifully across a wide range of musical styles.
The familiar DGT design remains at the core of this model including the comfortable DGT neck carve 25" scale length and dual volume control layout that allows precise blending between pickups. PRS DGT pickups provide a distinctive Texas-inspired tone with rich rhythm textures and smooth singing lead voices. Finished in McCarty Tobacco Sunburst and featuring classic moon inlays this limited run instrument is hand-signed by Paul Reed Smith on the headstock and by David Grissom on the backplate making it a remarkable collectors piece as well as a serious players guitar.
