The Attack 8" ProFlex1 1Ply Medium Clear Drum Head is suited to drummers covering multiple genres and playing environments. Built around Attacks 10 mil Dynaflex polyester film it produces a bright crisp attack with a long decay that helps your toms cut through a mix. This makes it a solid choice when you need extra projection on stage or clear definition in the studio. The pressure-fitted steel hoop is a key part of the design. Its added mass helps extend sustain while keeping the tone focused and it holds the head firmly in place under demanding playing conditions. The ProFlex1 also uses Attacks USA-made Dura-Coat coating formulated to bond reliably with the Dynaflex film for a consistent feel over time. As a clear single-ply head its commonly used on resonant side toms but its balanced response works just as well across rock pop blues jazz gospel and funk setups.
