The Tanga DA40-7G Slammer is the ultimate djembe for travelling. With its small 8-inch rim size, it easily fits in a bag and takes up little space. It is made of Indonesian mahogany, a fairly light wood with an open sound. The ease of transport is enhanced by the rope handle. This is attached to the ropes used to tension the warm-sounding goatskin on the djembe.
