The Austrian Audio OD505 dynamic vocal microphone captures sound with excellent detail while Open Acoustics Technology ensures natural, resonance-free sound and the active circuit maintains a high output and consistent performance, no matter the length of the cable used to connect it. The OD505 microphone has also been fitted with a dual capsule to reduce handling noise to an absolute minimum, and if you use a close microphone technique, the low-cut filter switch can be flipped to filter out any overbearing lows that might occur as a result of the proximity effect. While built for stage life, the refined sound of this microphone will also serve in the studio.
