The DHR15 by Yamaha is an active full-range PA speaker that can be deployed for front-of-house work and comes loaded with two completely-custom speakers for rock-solid performance. Speaking of solid, the housing of the DHR15 - and that of its CHR and DHR Series siblings for that matter - is made of durable plywood coated in hard-wearing polyurethane lacquer. As a result, the cabinet helps to counter unwanted resonance and will most likely outlive any other part of the build. At a maximum power capacity of 1,000 Watts and a maximum SPL of 131dB, the Yamaha DHR15 effortlessly projects the loudest beats based on the customisable settings and DSP presets of the integrated 2-channel mixer, where incoming signals can be output as a channel 1 + 2 mix or as a THRU signal based on the first channel. Via the RCA, XLR and TRS/jack inputs on the back of the unit, any compatible gear can be directly hooked up.
